What we collect
When you use the quotation form, contact form or create an account, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project location and the description of the work you need.
How the quotation form works
When you submit the quotation form we store your answers so the Jardex Paint team can prepare a response. You can also send a copy of the same details on WhatsApp. Account holders can review their requests after signing in.
Customer accounts
If you create an account, we store your name, email address and the profile details you provide so you can sign in, manage quotations and use website live chat. Account data is held in our secure database and is not sold. You can ask us to correct or delete your account using the contact details below.
How we use your information
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a site visit and deliver the work you request. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
Information may be shared with our own project team members who need it to prepare or carry out your work. Messages sent through WhatsApp are additionally subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Retention
Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as needed to service your project and meet our record-keeping obligations.
